Love Boat Bath Bomb is a fun slow fizzer which releases a torrent of bright colours when hitting the waters surface. If you look on the base of the bath bomb, there are little red biodegradable love hearts which dissolve in the water. It has a super sweet fragrance made up of sicilian lemon and sweet orange oils – it reminds me of candy, more specifically love hearts. To me this is the same scent as the ‘Mum’ bath bomb from 2017.
Since being released again in 2019, the inventor Gary Shears has made it known that he has made a few tweaks to his creation. The fragrance is stronger than before and the design is a bit more robust and defined from the bath bomb moulding process.
