Santa’s Grotto Bath Bomb

Santa’s grotto bath bomb is a brand new addition to the 2019 Christmas range and it’s a stunning one at that. The main ingredients that add to the scent is everlasting flower and ylang ylang. A spicy and herbaceous yet sweet and grounding aroma – this product reminds me of flower’s barrow and after some research you can also find this in a few skincare products from Lush (babyface, 9 to 5 and 7 to 3 cleansers) as it has a soothing property.
Back to the bath bomb, this gorgeous product fizzes slowly and foams until a frothy turquoise centre spews out across the surface of the water.

Ingredients:
Sodium Bicarbonate, Citric Acid, Coarse Sea Salt, Extra Large Sea Salt, Popping Candy, Everlasting Flower Absolute, Ylang Ylang Oil, Tagetes Oil, Cream of Tartar, Cornstarch, Titanium Dioxide, Water (Aqua), Sodium Coco Sulfate, Dipropylene Glycol, Synthetic Fluorphlogopite, Cocamidopropyl Betaine, Calcium Sodium Borosilicate, Tin Oxide, Silica, Alpha-Isomethyl Ionone, Amyl Cinnamal, Benzyl Benzoate, Benzyl Salicylate, Citronellol, Geraniol, Hydroxycitronellal, *Limonene, *Linalool, Perfume, Colour 42090:2, Colour 19140:1, Colour 77491, Colour 15850:1, Colour 45410:1, Colour 42090

Snow Fairy Bath Bomb

The 2019 christmas range includes this revamped snow fairy bath bomb. Last year we had the jelly bomb and previous years we have had father christmas (the one with the bright green core!) – this one is now here to join plenty of other snow fairy scented items that we all know and love.
Such a gorgeous design too, this beauty has 2 different delicate lustres on either side to go with the opposite colours.
The actual snow fairy scent is very mysterious as the ingredients only show us musk and ‘perfume’. However in this bath bomb there is added persian lime oil which dims down the sickly sweetness that some people may experience from the classic scent.

Ingredients:
Sodium Bicarbonate, Citric Acid, Sodium Coco Sulfate, Perfume, Persian Lime Oil, Cream of Tartar, Titanium Dioxide, Water (Aqua), Synthetic Musk, Synthetic Fluorphlogopite, Dipropylene Glycol, Propylene Glycol, Calcium Sodium Borosilicate, Cocamidopropyl Betaine, Tin Oxide, Alpha-Isomethyl Ionone, *Limonene, Colour 45410:2, Colour 45410:1, Colour 42053, Colour 42090:2

Yog Nog Body Conditioner

Yog Nog body conditioner has graced us with its presence this Christmas time and wow is it a good one!
We’ve seen in the last year or so a few yog nog scented products – one of them being a body lotion. I found that to be far too strong and had a strange curry tang to it like a burnt butterscotch perfume I used to own.
The body conditioner is an amazing format of the yog nog scent and dare I say my favourite.
The super softening combination of fair trade cocoa butter, shea butter, vitamin e enriched almond oil and oat kernel oils really do absorb into the skin quite well to create that baby skin feel we all aim for. The soft feeling and scent lasted fpr the rest of day and was rather impressed!
Again, just like other yog nog scented products, the warming clove bud and uplifting ylang ylang create that unique but familiar mouth watering foodie scent we all know and love.
All you need to do is use a generous handful across your body and rinse off in the shower. Myself and many others have been known to use body conditioners as a regular body lotion but they do tend to be a lot richer so is best to use a lot less.

Ingredients:
Maple Syrup Water, Almond Oil, Glycerine, Water (Aqua), Fair Trade Shea Butter, Fair Trade Organic Cocoa Butter, Oat Kernel Oil, Stearic Acid, Organic Illipe Butter, Perfume, Triethanolamine, Clove Bud Oil, Ylang Ylang Oil, Titanium Dioxide, Cetearyl Alcohol, Synthetic Fluorphlogopite, Tin Oxide, *Eugenol, *Linalool, Colour 19140, Colour 77491.

Yog Nog Shower Gel

Yog Nog shower gel is a new addition to the huge catalogue of Lush Christmas products that we have all been begging for. 2019 appears to be the year of all things yog nog and the lush community are lapping it up.
I was lucky enough to try this in store and was surprised at how moisturising it felt on the skin and how long the scent lingered for. The formula is full of fine lustre which doesn’t settle as bad as the likes of the old twilight shower gel and others from Christmas past.
I would highly recommend this for anyone who loves sweet and food based scents as this will definitely hit the spot. Just like caramel and custard mixed together, maple syrup water, cargeenan extract and jojoba oil are there to soften the skin and benefit us with all of the moisturising properties. Clove bud and ylang ylang oils add a warming but uplifting element to the gel and surround you with a festive feeling.

Ingredients:
Sodium Laureth Sulfate, Glycerine, Sodium Cocoamphoacetate, Maple Syrup Water, Clove Decoction, Lauryl Betaine, Perfume, Clove Bud Oil, Ylang Ylang Oil, Carrageenan Extract, Titanium Dioxide, Xanthan Gum, Almond Oil, Organic Jojoba Oil, Synthetic Fluorphlogopite, Tin Oxide, Propylene Glycol, *Eugenol, *Linalool, Colour 77491
